The Hooray Day! Committee hosted their 6th Annual "Hooray! It's Back to School Day!" event on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the Joseph Firth Youth Center and it was another major success...
439 Jam-packed bookbags were distributed, 132 Hair-cuts were provided by licensed professionals, 11 Kiddos had their hair styled into incredible braids, and countless smiles FILLED the FIRTH as Phillipsburg kids started to feel ready for school again!

The Firth Youth Center is a private 501(c)(3) charitable organization devoted to serving the vulnerable youth of Phillipsburg, NJ since 1954 through a wide variety of educational, recreational, and athletic opportunities.
